Arbitration reward in favor of credit card company

I just received news an award was made in favor of the bank. No surprise. I really hate them. I made countless trips to the post office sending all of my documents to the forum with a sliver of hope things would work in my favor. I just received the letter from the NAF stating the award is for the claimant. I'm on the verge of tears. I'm on unemployment (actively looking for work) and can't risk having my accounts frozen. Times have been so hard since I've been laid off. I want to scream. I don't want my wages garnished. Are there any options for me? Can I go appeal the arbitration decision?
