Creditors calling 3rd party more than once?

I believe there's a policy in the FCRA that a creditor can only contact a 3rd party one time to figure out one's whereabouts.
However my mom has received 3 calls in the past week from one of them through her houseline (where I used to live) asking about me. Is this in any sort of violation? They have my cell phone number too which is my primary line.
The only issue though is that mailing address they have though is my home address, so would this still be in violation if that's the case?

If they are calling your mother and she tells the to stop calling her than I believe it would be in violation. But hang tight, I'm sure someone else will come along.

They can contact a 3rd party once for location purposes only. Since they already have your address and current phone numbers, I would say this is a FDCPA violation because calls to anyone else are meant to harrass or embarass.
