Your husband's income does not matter if he is not a cosigner to your debts. He is not responsible for your debts and so neither his credit score will get affected, nor can he be sued by the creditors. However, the creditors may sue you for your debts even if you do not have any income.

What state do you live in? Judgement exemptions vary from state to state. Remember, just because you have no income now doesn't mean you won't have income at a later date. A creditor/JDB hedges their bets by filing suit in hopes that at some point they can collect.

I just got married and I am wondering if I change my name on my driver's license, passport, and bank accounts, if old junk debt buyers will notice that. |
Most likely not. JDB's do not have access to the files of Social Security or the Department of State. Most State DMV's require the correct name of the subject as a condition of releasing any information, so without the new name they can't overcome this barrier, because they would necessarily need to have the information they are looking for. As far as the Bank Account is concerned, all they would need (other than a Judgment and the name of the bank the account is in) is your Social Security number, which they probably already have.

Will they think I have plenty of money to pay them because I have a husband? |
No, they don't think in those terms.

Will the junk debt buyers notice my name is associated with my new husband's? |
No.

Can they sue him? |
No. Even if you do live in a Community Property State, the debts pre-date the marital community so they are not his obligations.

Can they get a judgement against me, even though I have no income? |
Yes, if you let them by not filing an Answer to the summons and fighting them over the suit.

Thanks for answering my questions.
My husband has a credit card account with me as an authorized user. This credit card reports to my personal credit report. If I change my name for this credit card, then debt buyers might see the name change on my credit report. They might think there's hope for collecting.
