CA Still Calling After Validations Letter Sent

I used the validation letter suggested here on this site (the updated one w/attachment). I sent it certified return receipt which I have received. Allstate Financial is still calling me at work everyday. I told they probably did not receive my letter, and they said you haven't sent payment. I told them I would not until they have verified eveything in writting. My question is what do I do now that they have elected to ignore my letter and have broken every law possible. Advise Pleas.

Is Allstate Financial the collection agency in FL or the insurance company? Did you mail the DV in response to their initial dunning letter? W/in 30 days of receipt?

I don't know about 30 days of receipt? I sent the letter about two weeks of the first call to my work. What do I do next? Does anyone know? Thanks

Well, if they truly are a collection agency they would KNOW the law says they MUST send you a dunning letter within five days of the intitial contact. I would file a complaint with the FTC.
