Legality of Eastside Lenders in Texas (ameriloan, VC Funding & PDL )

Ameriloan isn't legal anywhere, I know that one for sure. Another way to find out is to research them on this site, if you type their names into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum you will find a wealth of information. Hope this helps! :)

Okay, thanks. Everything I've researched on the site says they are all illegal......Eastside is only legal in Delaware?

Uggh...I'm getting scared as I start this process.....SO dreading all the harassing calls.....Don't know if I should go ahead and warn my boss or just wait and see how it goes.

I would definately give my boss a heads up if they have your main work number. It might help with the calls.

They only have my number / my extension. FOr my references I gave them the wrong numbers.....But I'm sure they'll find a way....

okay - that is what I thought. I've looked on Texas list and I can't find any of these guys I have - what I think are - Illegal loans with....Eastside, GFS, VC Funding, PDL loan center and Ameriloan
