I visited their site and found them to be a member of CFSA. Being a member, they should provide the Extended Payment Plan facility to their customers who are unable to repay the loan as per the existing contract. I think you should call them up and try to work out a payment plan with them.

I have had no problems calling them for an EPP. THey'll need to send you an EPP agreement plan that you'll have to fax back to them, but you can do it on the phone.
