Hi,
trying to settle own debt,worlds foremost bank has sent final letter stating "your account is being processed for legal action against you.Be advised that you will be hearing from our collection agency or our attorney within a few weeks."there is more to it....but I'm wondering do you think they are bluffing? do you think they will just charge it off to a ca? don't know what I should do?Should I chance them taking me to court?

They will probably hire a local attorney in your area and sue you based on a conversation I had with someone who got sued by them. It depends on the amount if it is over $1,000 they might sue you. If you get a letter from a local attorney regarding the account, you are probably headed to court. They are not actually a bank it is like a store credit thing so they are not held to the same rules as banks.
