Is there a list of licensed internet PDL's in MS? I need to find out for sure if these are legal-

The above payday lenders aren't licensed anywhere. I'm not sure about the others. You will need to go to your state DFI website and search for non depository lenders licensee data base. Or, you could search for them on this website, just type the name of the company in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum, read through some of the posts other members have posted.
