Hi everyone, I have printed out all 3 of my credit reports and Thanks to God I am so close to being free I can taste it! All this with the help from this website...truly I am very happy I found this website....with that said I have some questions I still dont understand....

None of the credit report layouts are the same which is a pain in the butt to cross check... So if someone can help me out I would appreciate it. What i am trying to do is check to see if anything of these accounts has passed the SOL. Seems that the dates change as I remember them. So if you can tell me what these mean I can get a better understanding. I have tried to read the websites but no luck.

Equifax: Whats the differnce of
Date opened,Date Reported, Last Payment

Experian:
Date Opened, Reported Since, Date of Status,

Ok Also whats the difference of

Balance and Amount past due which is the one I owe. The past due is like double the balance...i dont get it. Sometimes I think the Credit B. is in with the creditors

Date Opened is the date the data furnisher first reported the tradeline to the credit reporting agency.

Date reported would be the last update to the tradeline (might also show as date of last activity)

Last Payment - self explanatory and would be the date that SOL starts

Date of Status would be a change to the account status ie open, closed, charge off

The balance would generally be the amount owed at the charge off date and the account may still be accruing interest. That's why you're seeing a disparity b/w the 2 amounts
