is a DMP plan for $408 a good deal? its a government regulated program and a legimate company but is the price good??

$11,000 in balances and the fees are $408 for the one time enrollment fee

Typically the 1st payment goes to the credit counseling company and there is also an additional monthly maintenance fee. The $408 sounds about right but you may want to shop around and compare with other companies.
