payday loan new scam BEWARE

I recently defaulted on a payday loan with 500 fastcash i made payment arrangements and have been keeping the payments as agreed I will be paid in full may 29th. on sat 05/16/09 i got a call on my job from this guy who said he work for acs his name is Daniel Wilson he is collecting for fast cash for the 300 loan I took out and he needs to number to my attorney by 5:30pm and demanded I pay 1245.75 of if I go to court pay over 8k . I told him first of all I am paying fast cash and my loan was not for 300.00 but for another amount. he got mad and told me he is downloading my file for someone to come to my job and get me fired and no one not even god can help me after that give him the money or my attorneys number. today I called 500 fast cash asking them why did they send these people to collect for them and that it is illegal for him to use the tactics that he used. the first thing the woman asked me was does he talk with a foriegn acent yes i said she told me to call the secret service homeland security and the fair trade comisson to report the incident. I called both and the attorney generals office . HMS is aware of the scam and is gathering information from people who report it . I called my credit breau and flag my credit and call DMV to flag my DL this man had all my info. I will never do another payday loan again,
