Hello everyone,
I've received an Arbitration from Chase (now owened by Mann Bracken) which I owe $28K. Should I respond to NAF? Am I required to respond or should I call Mann Bracken to settle it? Has anyone worked with Mann Bracken?

Avoid Arbitration if at all possible, it is heavily slanted towards the collectors.
Mann Bracken is terrible, they are one of the worse violators of Federal law (the FDCPA) out there.
