we signed up for a free credit report from experian on their website. it said if we don't cancel within 9 days, we will be billed 14.95 a month until we cancel. BUT they don't tell us how to cancel. And there is nothing on their website to assist us. Do you know how to cancel. Our 9 days is running out.

I would review the website again, and look for any links that say 'customer service' or "FAQ" - those might lead to a way to cancel.
If all else fails, check for a "contact us" link and see if there's a phone number to call them and get it cancelled.
