help with negotiation for deleting the charged off record
Date: Wed, 05/20/2009 - 17:26
Hi,
I recently sent my letter asking the CA to collaborate in the deletion of the charged off records in return of full payment of debts.
The 30 day limit are almost approcahing since they sent out their first notification. As a result, i am wandering if this letter can delay or nullify the effect of 30 day rule in the collection of debts.
If this will not help, should i need to talk to CA agents and negotiate it?
I really want to have a paper proof, and i am concerned of CA not giving out the option of paper contract that tells me about the deletion of the records in Credit report.
thanks.
