You recived a summons and complaint? What else came with the summons? Who is suing you? What state do you live in? When was the last time you paid on the account? More info will allow us to give you salient advice.
Summary Judgement
In answer to your response, I did receive a summons a while back & answered it with help from the debt settlement co that I've been working with. Received a notice about the 1st part of May that a summary judgement hearing is scheduled pn the 22nd of May. Citi Financial is the company who's suing me. I am located in Nebraska. I haven't paid on this account since Dcember.
