I apologize Bossy. I was running another thread about Urgent Cash Advance and people were posting to it for me but then all of a sudden stopped. I thought I had attched this to that post but apparently I did it wrong. I borrowed $250.00 from Urgent Cash Advance and so far paid back $214.00. I hear they are legal in AZ. They are trying to collect another $240 from me and I just can't justify that. Before I reply to an email from them I want to make sure I offer the right settlement! Thoughts?

Since they are legal in AZ, you're kind of stuck b/w a rock and a hard place. Hopefully someone more versed in AZ PDL's will come along
