Do anyone have a address for this company.

I dont have an address, they are an online Payday loan company. The number actually belongs to a debt collection agency that works for them.

The company is claiming to be calling on behalf of Webpayday, I just need the company name so I can file a complaint.

Check Recovery Systems is the name they use.

they called me today and left a message that they need me or my lawyer to call them because they were bringing me up on fraud charges.

do not call them back..do not give info it is a scam. They are based in Buffalo.

Apparently they are a scam. The only mention I could find of them on Google (put quotes around the name) is on Rip Off Report and here.

File a complaint with the FTC, the FCC, your state Attorney General, the Bureau of Consumer Affairs, etc. I'd even call your phone company and inquire about having the number blocked.
