I got a 322.38 refund check from Mann Bracken Refund account.. says in the memo line for overpayment..

Is this legit? It came with no other paperwork...

Did you make a payment towards any collection account to Mann Bracken recently? If you have done so, it may be that you have made a payment above the outstanding debt and so you have got the refund. You can keep a photocopy of the check with you and en-cash it.

If possible, cash it at the bank it is drawn on.
