PDLs that block email?

I have been trying to send C&D letters to PayDayMax and Credit Protection Depot, who apparently is the collection arm of PayDayMax. However, when I try to send the letters by e-mail to the e-mail addresses that I have for both companies, they bounce back immediately. I thought that I might just have the e-mail addresses wrong, so I tried replying to the e-mail that I received today from Credit Protection Depot. It also bounced back. It looks like they are deliberately blocking e-mails. Perhaps so they don't have to receive people's ACH letters?
I was thinking that I should fax the letters? But I am having trouble finding the fax number-- I only have the phone number for PayDayMax . . . . Does anyone have a fax number for PayDayMax and/or Credit Protection Depot that they know works?
Thanks! :-)

It is very difficult to get their working email ids and fax numb
It is very difficult to get their working email ids and fax numbers unless they mention it in their site. You can however, send the C & D letter by certified mail at the following address
Credit Protection Depot: 4601 W. Sahara Ave, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
The contact address of Payday Max as per BBB records is
Box 13, 918-16 Avenue NW, Calgary, AB T3M 0K3.
Try this e-mail address: support (at) creditprotectiondepot.com

It worked for me. I got a PIF in 2 days
You could also try to fax your letters. This always works
