Paydayone is pushing through a debit on Tuesday stated an e-mail will follow to make payment arrangements. Are they flexible enough to work with me? Cashnetusa ? I am entitled to one EPP in 12 months does my loan have to be in default to do this or can I do it before it reaches that state? Magnum Cash advance due Friday I need to stop them also can anybody please help me with any assistance? I live in Wi and I know our laws are crazy. I feel like a total loser for getting into this mess. Please help! Thank you!!

PayDayOne would not talk to me about a payment arrangement until about a week after my payment was past due. I first contacted them about a week before the payment was due. Each day past the due date they added on additional fees until we finally reached an agreement. They are not members of CFSA so don't have to offer an EPP. They told me the best they could offer me was 6 bi-weekly payments. I was wanting to do it in 8 payments, as 6 is a little steep but they would'nt go for it.

Seems like that would work it will have to work. What are all the additional fees they are tacking on? Any ideas on how to handle the other 2 Magnum and cashnet? Thank You!
