I sent out my letters and e-mails a week ago...no response as of yet. I did get an e-mail from e-payday-loan that says "final attempt to resolve" and if I called immediately I could set up a "partial payment arrangement" that would immediately stop the fees from piling up. Do you think I should respond to this by saying "as stated in my e-mail I will only send in payments by USPS and only for the principle amount"

And what about no one else calling me? Should I just ignore it and wait for the storm to hit? (which I'm sure it will)


that has happened before.they will wait sometimes.attempt to debit more than once before starting the harrassment.as for
e-payday.respond like you said.do not back down from this illegal pdl.
