PDL in PA

Hi, I need help with payday loans in pennsylvania. I have three and my bank account had to be closed because I could not pay them. I have contacted them and told them I can only pay $50 a month. They continue to call my home and work and as my husband is severely disabled they call and upset him. I have always talked to them and asked that they call after 3pm when I get home. So I would like to write them as talking on the phone is not working. Also I cannot find an address to one. How do I ask them to not contact me at work or my references or my family?

Payday one - original loan $600 - now owe over $700 (been paying on this since february)
500 Fast Cash - original loan $300 - now owe $510
The cash spot - original loan $400 now owe 520
Brookwood Loan - $1000 original loan now owe $3000 and 2 payments late. (Ihave contacted them but have not recieved an answer yet)

There's a loophole in PA pdl laws, Pennsylvania allows an internet based payday loan company to lend legally as long as it is licensed in any US State. They would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed out of, not the state the consumer is in.

Payday One is a legal lender, you will need to contact them and ask the for an extended payment plan. 500Fastcash is NOT legal anywhere. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
I'm not certain about The Cash Spot or Brookwood Loan but if you type in the name of them into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum you can read what other members have said about them, you could also probably find out if they are legal, their address, etc.

Hi, just got out of bed to see if anyone replied. Thank you so much for your help. I am going to see if I can find a form letter to send to them to keep from contacting my hubby had to take him to dr over the last phone call, he has mini strokes when he gets excited. If someone could help me with a letter I truly would appreciate. Thanks & GB angeldream
