I've never worked with them but if it is not something you deny owing, then a good place to start would be 30-35% on the amount owed. Understand that they are going to hit you with interest and fees that they may have incurred so be ready for that to be part of the deal. If you go in and offer the same percentages on the balance owed at the time that it went deliquent, they are likely to tell you to fly a kite - nothing personal but they all do. Good luck.

hey ninegkids1 I recently recieved an email from them offering me a settlement on my $561 bill in the amount of $100 either paid in full or 2 payments of $50. just call them and ask them about doing a settlement cause I was in your shoes and they offered this to me out of the blue due to financial issues going on. just call and set something up their pretty understanding once you tell them whats going on.

Be careful. I got one of those emails and made payment arrangements too. I now have one down and one to go through this coming thursday and you know what Continental did? They charged off my account. I am livid!
