Absolutely pay off the speeding ticket before or by the time it is due. My husband failed to pay off a ticket and appear in court and his license was suspended. It was a big hassel to get it back and the court costs for non-payment of a ticket and failure to appear in court are outrageous!!!!! Not only that but you will have a warrant for your arrest out there. Based on the experience, pay the ticket ASAP!
