Help with PDL's

Payday One is a licensed lender, you will need to make payment arrangements with them, ask them for the EPP (extended payment plan).

I have been checking my balances on these loans and here is what I've paid.

Magnum Cash Advance borrowed $535. and I've paid back $415.92 I have 2 payments left at $256 each.

1800899cash borrowed $300 and I have used the reup feature several times so I went back on my bank statement and found that I have borrowed since 5/2008 a total of 1054.28. I then went through all of the payments that I have made since 5/2008.....I have paid back 1645.73. That is so depressing....I can't believe I have fallen into this trap.

You do not owe Payday One a dime! Demand a refund!

I called and spoke with my bank and they will close my account when I'm ready. I made sure to ask about the ACH reopening my account and she said that wouldn't happen.
My next question is: Payday One is legal and I still owe them money. Will I be okay to give them my new account? Should I ask to send them cash?

I am just curious frogpatch, why would the poster not owe Payday One a dime? Did the original poster state how much was paid to them, I'm pretty sure they are legal in Illinois. I can see why the OP wouldn't owe the illegal lenders but the OP never stated how much was borrowed and paid back to payday one, unless I am missing something here.
