It means that Sandpoint Capital, LLC has considered the debt as a bad debt and sold it off to Nobel Recovery Services. Since you have received the collection notice from Nobel Recovery, you should send them a DV letter by certified mail within 30 days from the date you have received the notice, else it will be considered that you owe the debt.

3 accounts
Yes they keep adding accounts as they wish and never send proof. they keeo referring to you as a criminal. they keep threatening you and scaring you. Ruins your entire day. I know. they will keep adding on things as long as you pay. send small monthly payments until they prove to you who they are and what debts they are collecting on. If a judge or lawyer heard or saw this, they tell you that the company is acting illegally in every way and will have their case thrown out. I know from experience.
Noble recovery services
Any suggestions on how to handle these jerks? They will not give me any proof of who they are trying to collect for or the right amount. They demanded payment that day and when I told him that his representative said I could make a good faith payment, he was ready to say no. I called back and asked about Mr. Mince and there was no one there by that name, These people are ruthless and to say the least, I dont feel like giving them anymore money. I filed a complaint with the FTC yesterday.

I have been dealing with this company myself in regards to a $300.00, they expected $690.00. I find that insane, I experienced Identity Theft and so my account was frozen. These Noble Recovery people called me a liar and threatened to take me to court. I already have paid $250.00. I just find this whole process crazy. Today I was not able to make a payment and then this guy Lee Shaw, would let me speak to my representative and basically said he'll see me in court.

It sounds like an empty threat, but we need more details about your situation before we can advise.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
Noble Recovery
Are these people for real? I have gotten phone calls at work even though I have repeatedly asked them to call my cell phone not my work phone. I owe a pdl money and have no problem with paying it back but this company here is driving me crazy cuz they wont answer any questions....
Nobel Recovery
I received a phone call today from Eric Zavala, a representative of NRS, LLC, stating that I owed $1350 on an outstanding payday loan which had been taken out in January of last year for $300. Basically, it was harassment--the man yelled at me on the phone, said that he didn't expect me to pay the debt because I was a malicious criminal who had defrauded a PDL company. He refused to give me any information on his "client", but said that this wasn't an effort to collect a debt--that they knew I was guilty and were going to make an example of me. While it was very difficult for me to get a word in edgewise, I did finally manage to ask for some sort of proof regarding the debt, because to my knowledge the contract was fulfilled. He asked for my contact information, but I refused to give it because he'd yet to provide me with the name of his client, or any documentation on the debt that I owed. He's been calling me at work continuously, and has now emailed me a letter stating that I've agreed to pay the amount in full by midnight tonight. Help! I'm in Texas, by the way.

Hope that I'm not too late to the party. We got a call last night from a very rude gentleman and we demanded he send us info. Refused. He had a lot of our info. When we said we needed to investigate it further, we were told to call 866-979-5505 ext 224 by 5pm next day. We do have a debt to pay, but it's not the amount they told us. This debt is 6 months old and I have not gotten a letter that we're aware of (we moved, so who knows). Now today I call the number and it's not valid. I have no way to contact them, they don't seem to want to send us anything and he talked his way out of giving us an address last night. I'd gladly send a Debt Validation letter if I knew where to send it, but I can't find any consistent information on them. HELP!
