Ok, so i have been reading on here for a while and have a few questions. I have four pdl's. I closed my bank account today and still owe the following:
M1Ydirect - Borrowed 300 owe 120
Star Advance - Borrowed 200 owe 122
Pay Day Loan Yes - Borrowed 350 owe 45
Kendwood - Borrowed 300 and havent made a payment yet.
My questions are as follows: Do i now send them all letters and wait for them to respond? If so, how do i pay the rest of the priciples listed above? Do I suggest payments via mail? And, what do i include in the letter besides a revoke of ach authorization?

Thanks,

J

Ok, si i have gotten responses from Kenwood and also M1Y Direct. Both stating they do not accept payments via mail. Any suggestions? I still owe the principel amounts listed above and have not sent any other emails to the lenders. At least i know they are receiving email. Do I send the letteres to revoke ACH and anything else since i already closed my bank account, or do I just try and make payment arrangements on the princilple I still owe? I dont have a new debit card and they are saying they dont accept payments via mail...anyone else find a way to pay them?

J

Well, they all say they won't accept payments via the mail but if they want paid, they will give you an address to send payments to them, also, please use money orders only, don't write a check from any account you may have or they will attempt to debit your account. Also, you really should send them a wage assignment revocation, simply tell them you are revoking their rights to impose a wage assignment on your wages.

I would tell them, no address, no payments.
