CA in Texas saying medical bills do not fall under SOL. Is that right?

No they are wrong in saying that. Collectors who claim that there is no sol on med bill is actually violating fdcpa law.

They are mis-representing the legal status of the debt. SOL is 4 years in TX. Period! Who is the CA?
