If I could get a consolidation loan I could just pay it off but paying their way just gets you deeper and deeper in debt. I was almost out of this a couple months ago. Im just sick. Ok, Clam down. PDLs are illegal in NY state. All you are obligated to repay is the acual principle borrowed. All fees and interest go toward that principle. If you borrowed 300 and paid 180 in fees all you owe is 120.00.
The only way to be safe from the neverending debits, is to close your accounts. If not, these companies will bleed you dry. They will never admit to being illegal, and will tell you they are legal. They will never stop taking your money.
How much did you borrow from each company, and how much did you already repay? Chances are you are almost done
