Well I finally got a response from my letters! E-payday-loan had kept calling me, so I e-mailed my letter again and copied a guy named Kashif since he had e-mailed me about hardship payments. He e-mails me back and says "Well if it's illegal you need to pay back the money from our company. We accept credit/debit cards and WESTERN UNION!" Should I get a pre-paid card, or stand my ground with the MO?

I would also document every telephone call, e-mail, etc. you receive from them, including date, time, and the name of the person who called you. If they're on the up-and-up, they should be more than willing to give you an address to send your payments! (like I'm sure they are....)

And so it begins with me too.....I sent out my letters Friday. My payments aren't due until tomorrow - I'm not even "delinquent" yet and they are already calling and emailing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cashnet USA payment plan set as of yesterday but I reached out to them first since they are legal in Texas. Ameriloan has sent me an email saying to call them. VCFunding, Inc. "Kara Flowers" is telling me via email I signed a contract agreeing to laws of "their state" - Kansas?, won't give me any license number for loaning to Texas, telling me world wide web Texas laws don't apply even though I'm Texas resident. PDL Loan Center emailed me to remind me of my payment and called me once already today on my cell and work number ..... didn't answer.

Haven't even missed payment yet!!!! but they know account is closed.....I've forwarded them my BBB and FTC complaint numbers "for their records".....

I'm getting anxious.....I can only imagine how bad calls and stuff will be next week when they actually have a missed payment. Ameriloan, VC Funding Inc., PDL Loan Center (High Country Ventures), Eastside lenders (which I'm SHOCKED hasn't started harassing me) and worst GFS / GFSIL.

Hang in there, there IS light at the end of the tunnel. And whatever you do, don't fall for any of their attempts to get your new bank info; you might even get e-mails saying you're SUCH a good customer they want to lend you more money, but - of course!! - they need your bank information! Good luck, keep everyone posted on what happens.

Oh, once Im done with this I will NEVER have a PDL again - NEVER!!!!ever! ever! In fact I'm going to make it my personal mission to do everything I can to get their websites and businesses closed. They take advantage of desperate people who just want to feed their famalies and keep their lights on and roof over their heads. It is much better to work out something with landlord, electric company, mechanic, whatever than sell your soul to the devil....

I'm surprised I still haven't heard anything.....not even a nasty email yet but I know it is just a matter of time. Keep rechecking closed account to make sure still closed and 0 balance.....I just don't want to have a life of waiting for the other shoe to drop and be sued....collections. I'm hoping I can get these guys to give me PIF's.....
