payday loan help

I live in Michigan and I have loans with the following online lenders:
littleloanshoppe $200
kingston financial $200 pd $90 bi wk
ezcash media $300 pd $89 wk
B.I.G. $200 pd $60 $50 and then $40 wk
I've paid each one of these except littleloanshoppe over $500 I know easily but my question is are these companies legal or illegal in the state of Michigan? I recently closed out my account at the request of my bank and opened a new one so I'm not worried about them going into it. I just made arrangements to pay them but I've already paid my loan plus some and if their illegal I really don't want to give them anymore of my money especially when I don't have to. please someone help me..


first of all you are not dumb and foolish. everyone out here has been there. i just want to say im not expert but im going to try and help you best i can, i have been there. i looked up all the ones you listed and they all appear to be payday loans. i live in illinois and these are not legal, im not sure what the law is in Michigan, but im going to take a wild guess and say they are probably illegal in your state as well. the kingston financial is its based in the UK. If you haven't closed your banking account you need to do so. and if you have overpaid on these accounts you need to find the address info and submit a formal complaint to the BBB. you need to send all of them letters by email/mail or fax or all of the above stating they no longer have access to your account and it's closed. you need to let them know they are illegal in your state and that you will only except correspondence by mail or email. no phone calls are allowed to you or any of the references you left with them, this may not stop them. i asked for a refund of overpaid monies and they dropped me like a bad habit, i kept sending them emails faxes and calling just like they do everyone on this forum. Good Luck. Take your life back and never use a payday loan again.
