If I am not wrong, payday loans are prohibited in the state of PA and so you are required to pay only the principle amount borrowed. as of FEB this year they are.besides biggest cash is not licensed at all.so the loophole would not apply anyway.

Biggest Cash isn't legal ANYWHERE!!?? Good to know. Thanks, PAUL. I have a CA calling my house, trying to collect on Biggest Cash. What do I tell them? Should I write a letter, etc?

what is the name of this bottomfeeding CA?is there a number that comes up on caller id?that would help to find an address to send the DV letter.if you want tell them you want something in writing.i guarantee you won't get it,but demand that when they call again.
