Havent been on the board in awhile and now that I am trying to clear up some bad history on my credit report I am becomming more and more frustrated, let me start by letting you know, that I have 5 late payment showing on my credit report and 2 of them reported are incorrect, 2 months ago I disputed online with TU "Never Late" it came back verified, upon discussing this situatin with my creditor they noticed that there were 2 late payment that were incorrect and so this time since creditor said it would take a couple months to fix I decided to write transunion sending it certified (Green Card) disputing again, well 21 days later it comes back as "Verified" no change so on my letter of verification from TU it states that I can call about verification name of contact, date etc. well I call TU talk to "Sam" and he stated he could not give me the information as it is automated "well what the hell" I am so angry right now I dont know what to do? I thought and correct me if I am wrong that I am entitled the information they received from Creditor? What do I do if they cannot give it to me, and how do I know it was actually disputed? When I disputed the first time, the creditor sent me a letter stating there finding with TU this time I received nothing from creditor? Any suggestions?
