RJM harrassement

i have been getting harrassing letters form RJM concerning an account that i have proof i have settled. i have even contacted the original account holder and confirmed this. how do iget the harrassing letters to stop?

You settled the account for less than owed? Was the status "Settled in Full"? If not, they may have sold the remaining balance to RJM. What state do you live in? When was the last time you made a payment?
