I need some Payday Loan help in Ohio.
I have a company called PanAm Cash that's ripping me off bigtime!
At first I had a $200 loan with a "service fee" of $70. What they don't tell you is that this "fee" is charged every week until you pay off the loan!
I paid the first "service fee" and they approved me for another $300, which they combined with the original $200 and now charge me a service fee of $150.
I've paid them almost $370 in "service fees" and it states that my loan balance is $650!!!
How do I stop this nightmare?!?

Is this a store front lender or Internet? If this is an Internet Lender they are illegal in Ohio. Also, if this is a store front lender you need to look at your contract to see if this is a payday loan or an installment loan. The laws for ohio (payday lenders) are at the link below.
