Just wondering if any Texas residents have had luck getting PIF
Just wondering if any Texas residents have had luck getting PIF from illegal PDL's calling them on not being licensed.....I keep getting the "you agreed to laws of state PDL is in " ......I've filed FTC, BBB and TX AG complaints. Haven't called Texas office of consumer credit or called AG to get their feelings on illegal internet PDL's but wondering about other TX residents experiences / results.....

Nopers.........nothing. Only feedback I've gotten is BBB reply by Ameriloan which didn't answer complaint and called my letter a "form" letter circulating on the internet. 2 of my 6 are negotiated...........4 to go - Ameriloan, PDL loan center, VC Funding and GFS/GFSIL
