Ok here goes - I am from Nebraska - I have five internet pdls. they are as follows

Ameriloan - date of loan 12/08 - amount $350 - total pay $455
payoff $260 - Internet

PayDayMax.com - date of loan 4/09 - amt 480 -total pay $684
payoff $671 - Internet today paid $172

500 FastCash - date of loan 12/08//2008 - amt $355 total 455
payoff amt $260 - internet

MyCashNow - date of loan (second time) 4/30/09 amt $590
total payments $815.99 internet

EZPayDayCash - date of loan - I can't seem to find the loan documents - it says to log in and you can see documents but nothing comes up when I try - it just says active for status and balance $715. Last month I forgot to tell them to only take the interest so the own loan was paid and I reborrowed - shame shame Does this help

i can tell you right now that AMERILOAN and 500fastcash are MTE and totally illegal.you have overpaid them.check the third sticky on the top of this forum.it will show you how to deal with illegal lenders.also ignore any guest coming on and talikng down.they will be deleted.

Just close up that checking account and get a paper check for a wkile and cash it from where it is drawn! Use money orders to pay your bills until you can safely open a new account! Be ready for a fight that you will win! You owe nothing on those loans!

I am spending a lot of time on this web site trying to get help for my problem. I am still scared someone will kill me or I will be taken to court. Ok, I went to the state dept of banking for NE. They told me to fill out complaint forms. What do I write - what is the complaint - do I write that they are illegal - I listed my loans earlier on this page - do I have to go all the way back to see when I started paying - I will pay back the principal but in payments. plese respond
