Can a collection agency sue you, or can only an original creditor sue
From my understanding a CA can sue you if they bought the debt f
From my understanding a CA can sue you if they bought the debt from the OC.
The trick question is if the debt is Legal or not when refering to payday loan collection. Many bottom feeding CAs will threaten a lawsuit as a scare tactic.
What CA are you refering too?
