Folks, if you're going to hide your money to avoid paying a judgment, you better be creative about it.

Got a judgment on a guy for about $40,000 in credit card debt. He said he was broke and hid his money in a "secret" bank account. Well, we found it and took all $28,000 in it. The man was devastated -- begging us to give it back. We just laughed at him.

And the thing is we only paid about $300 for the rights to the debt.

If you want to keep your money by hiding it, you best tuck it under your mattress.
