Payday loan borrowers, u people r so stupid

Sam, are you a payday loan collector? I am now, used to be student loans and boy am I missing them! About 80% of all of my payday loan debtors really are a bunch of losers! At least back in student loans I was dealing with educated people! I feel your frustration!

so sam do you read the fine print of every contract that you sign !!

taking advantage of vulnerable stupid people is not being smart, its being evil and thats what the payday loan companies are !!

Do you mind sharing what collection company you work for. There has to be a reason you're on this forum. We're all here to get educated, and to be informed of the laws of the collection industry. Maybe your training and expertise could help a lot of us.

You must have skipped the part of this forum where it said it's here to help people who are having debt problems. Please refrain from insulting people. Several people have read the terms, and several payday loan companies have done sneaky things to get them stuck in a bind.

Sam, you need to get the facts straight before charging anyone. There are still many payday loan companies that are doing business without proper documentation and license. They are most reluctant to give anything in writing so that they don't come under any sort of trap. Payday loan companies need to appear in legal shape first in front of the consumers before they charge them on anything.
