If any of you have been scammed by quickest-cash-advance.com, national-paydayloan.com or any of the other scam artist sites you should ask for Linda Edwards or Anita Collins. They're sisters who run the place.

apryl@invcity.com is actually Sabrina Collins, daughter in law of Anita. She uses a fake name for one reason or another. anita@invcity.com is Anita Collins and ledwards@invcity.com is Linda Edwards.
Yes, I'm a disgruntled employee. Been working their collections department for quite some time and Jenny Woody did me a bad turn because PSL/MTE/invcity keeps firing people left and right.

Come on, Tom lives in the Bahamas for tax and legal reasons. Also the creepiest thing is when he came on to me last Christmas and now his creepy retarded son Richard harasses me. One time I found him on my lawn begging me to kiss him.

Kelsey I thought you still worked there. When did you get fired? I just spoke with you today regarding my account. Could this be a scam? I am a little concerned about my account now.

Whoever it is knew that Tom Assenzio spends more time in the Bahamas than he does in the U.S. (which is true) and that he has a son named Richard who works at the Colorado Springs call center. Why he or she would pretend to be Kelsey, who knows? Must be something personal between them. But whoever it is definitely is (or was) on the inside at "Processing Solutions."

Hey, guest from 6/3, I hope you???re still checking this??? I used to work there with those people??? I was laid off a few months ago for no reason when other incompetent people were kept there & still can???t find a job! It makes me so mad to know that there are people there who still have jobs & I???m the one that was practically left out on the street! Who is this Harold Jaffe, and why would he want to hear from an ex-employee?

Harold is a lawyer in Oakland, CA. He has one heck of a class action suit pending against Tom and his companies. The judge already tossed Tom's motion to compel arbitration. An ex-employee would be able to help Harold connect the dots in all the discovery he's been getting.

Wow... really? I don't know... attorneys kinda freak me out (I had a bad experience with one once)... Is he a nice guy? I can't get in trouble for this can I? How would I be able to meet with him if he's in California & I'm here...? Have you met him yet? Sorry for all the questions... lol... I'm just a little nervous about this...

I can't tell you if he's a nice guy or not since I've never spoken to him. But I have been following the case through the Alameda County court docket and he seems to have Tom and MTE running in circles. Jut google his number and give him a call would be my suggestion. The worst that happens is he says "Thanks, but no thanks." but I doubt that would be the case. Whether it's his case or the one the California Department of Corporation has against Ameriloan, the key seems to be getting past the claim that the Indian tribes are the "real" lender. An insider's voice could be a crucial break.
