Scott Hinz of MarauderExposed has filed a Class Action lawsuit against Experian for allowing and continuing to allow CPS/Maurader to place false information on Credit Reports, and Experian's stubborn refusal to remove the fraudulent information based simply on a non-acceptable "it's valid" note by CPS/Marauder.
