Superior Debt Relief
So, yes I think that this is common. I do know that their contract is available online. I had the company Superior Debt Relief send me a mock contract that I looked over prior to but I gave the rep an invaild ss number and dob and when I was ready to go forward I had them change the previous info... I am very very very please with their services so far... I had 70k going in which is down to 15k now... only 2 account left and I am 18 months in... amazing that they actually are doing what they say they are doing and their phones get answered when I have a question. Yes, I have received the calls from the creditors and although they are no fun, the money that we have saved is what matters here. And our credit score isnt nearly as bad as it was 18 months ago... much better than having to file for BK.. in my opinion.

Stephanie, Thanks so much for your input. I have heard a lot of generally positive things about Superior. The rep I've been dealing with is pretty easy to work with and had no problem sending a mock contract w/o my SS. Good luck continuing towards debt freedom.
Superior Debt Relief
Hi Stephanie. I have been with SDS for around 9 months and they have settled 3 of my 12 accounts. My average settlement seems to be around 50 percent of my original balance (the balance that I had when I signed up for the program, not the balanace after the creditors added fees/penalties). Did you see them same type of trend at the beginning of your program? Are you seeing lessor settlements? I am not complaining at all, I was just wondering since my original quote was for 40 percent of the debt owed.

40% probably works out to the average. Some accounts won't go below a certain amount, and some will be less than 40%. A couple of smaller, pesky accounts I had were settled at around 70% just to get rid of them. But I've had several large accounts settle at around 30% and one at 25%. I've had Superior for about a year and a half, and they've settled 7 of my 9 accounts. I have been extremely happy with their customer service and performance.

Dazed&Confused they asked you for PERSONAL info and sent you a MOCK contract???? Why do they need your SS before they send you a REAL contract?
