1. Do nothing- If you can prove that you are insolvent and are judgement proof there is nothing the creditors and collectors can come after.
2. Negotiate Interest Rates- Negotiate to lower your interest rates with your creditors while your accounts are still current.
3. Consolidate Credit Card Debt- If your accounts are current but monthly payments are too much to handle, consolidation may be a good option.
4. Negotiate Settlements On Credit Card Debt- If your accounts are at least three months delinquent this is the bes way to go.

I agree with the second, third and fourth points to come out of
I agree with the second, third and fourth points to come out of cc debt, but not with your first point. This is because judgment has its own SOL and the creditor can recover the debt anytime within this SOL period, even if you are insolvent at present. However, only if you file bk Ch 7 and your BK gets discharged, you are exempted from paying the judgment money.
