epayday loan threats

they are threatening to send me to chex systems and the 3 credit bureaus. i sent them 3 letters and emailed them a bunch of times. what should i do now? i borrowed 750 in the past couple of years and paid 1345. thanks.

I am pretty sure they are unlicensed to lend to washington residents. I do not know if IPDLs are Illegal in washington state.
Check with your state's Attorney General's office to ensure their legality (licencesd/unlicensed). If they are unlicensed you need to read HERE.
