payday loan yes

I just got a harrassing and threatening phone call from Payday Loan Yes telling me that they are forwarding my info to my employer and threatening to take me to court. I took a loan out with them for $300 and repaid them over $525. I have done the research and know that they are not legal or licensed in my state of Missouri. I sent them a letter telling them not to contact me unless by mail, asking for a refund and that my account be marked paid in full on 3 different occasions and forwarded it to th Missouri Attorney Generals office. I heard from the attorney generals office that my complaint was being investigated and they have yet to recieve a responce after 30 days so they were sending another inquirey on my behalf. i hadn't heard from payday loan yes until last week when I got a mysterious voice mail and then today I called them back and the lady went off on me. I asked taht they provide me with their Missouri liscence and she said they don't have to that they are leagal and licensed in the state of Delaware I said they weren't in the state of Missouri and that I have paid them well over teh allowable ammount,. She said one way or another they would get their money and that they would see me in court. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he was a complete jerk telling me when I got on line I entered his territory now and am being held to the laws of Utah. I told him I had allready contacted the Missouri Attorney General's office and he proceeded to tell me he talks to them on a daily basis and is friends with Mike Stevenson the assistant attorney General for Missouri. He told me I comitted fraud and said he was sick of people like me . My bank put an ACH hold on my account and he said I was full of SH#% to think I was going to get away with this. I hung up on him but now I'm scared to death about what might happen and have no idea about where to turn
