Do you think that they will call back? And does anyone think that there would be an attorney interested in looking at this over one call, that was obviously a mistake?
Just really curious.

No attorney would be interested in that. Why would you even consider suing? You don't have the right of action because you're not Theresa.

My teenager begged and begged for a cell phone. I told her if she made honor role, she could have one. The kid is smart, responsible, and college bound.
In her school, the phone is off during class. If it rings, it is confiscated until the end of the school day. If it happens 3X's, it is returned to the parent.
Blake has been leaving voice mails daily since May 7 claiming to represent Bank of America about a bill. I called Bank of America and not only is my entire family in the clear with no past due bills owed to the bank, but the bank confirms NCO DOES NOT REPRESENT THEM and this is some kind of fraud.
I call NCO and tell them to remove the kid's number from their computer. They refuse, demanding personal indentifiable information. I give them the name, telephone number, and contact information of the rep at the bank that told me NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
This increases the number of calls - so I report them to the FCC, FTC, Attorney General PA and Attorney General in my state. No response.
I have a lawyer that will sue them but it's going to cost me $2,000. It's cheaper to cancel the phone contract and get a new number.
TCPA?? What's this? Can you provide more info, ND?? Thx!
