I faxed the cease letter to them Tuesday morning, and this is what I just got in my email. What should I do? I am not calling them. I am not paying $312. My principal has been paid. My loan was for $260 and I paid $268 back in fees. I live in MS, if I am understanding the law correctly, the rollerever fees they charged are illegal and should apply to principal. I clearly stated in my letter that it was paid, and even listed the completed payments that they posted on their own site, with dates and amounts to verify.

What do I do about about them now? As for my 5 other loans, ezpaydaycash supplied a mailing address for payment, but they want the full amount. I will forward the amount I stated in my letter ($150 per pay period).

I had a loan with PayDayMax for $300 back in September and then I lost my job. months passed and I communicated with them and told them the situation and they still continued to hound me. Then I just stopped responding and they sent my account to collections, a company called Professional Debt Mediation, and claimed they were going to sue me for fraud. (I got a horrible phone call clearly from some bum at a call center saying he represented so and so law agency. Then i told PDM that these people were also hasseling me to collect, it was clearly a tactic on both sides to scare me into paying $800.)

Needless to say I found this site and found out PDLs are not legal in my state, NY, and sent my letters in and everything. I have not heard from them since but I know they are biding their time as I just closed my bank account, last week and told the bank what is up.

Good Luck in dealing with them, they are terrible. But hold your ground.

LOL... I it the wrong butten.....

As I was saying...... Their letters are a P.I.T.A. but every time I call them they are very kind and always saying yes Mr. But remember I did fax them a letter a while back.

Out of the four I am paying back, they are the only ones sending me that crazy letter. I guess it just a reminder that my payment is due...lol

I get the exact same form letter from them. Its been about 2 months since I closed my bank account. They sent emails for the first 2 weeks or so-they still call most days once or twice-but I never answer and they have never left a message.

I am not sure if you are aware of this or not but they are overseas and not even in this country.

i faxed the cease letter again with the same info today. none of my other pdl companies have called me or offered a pif. i'm getting worried. i have two to pay off. iadvance wants me to pay 480, instead of the 300 i borrowed. the guy on the phone was trying to tell me the payment i will send in is the 90 fee, which if that were the case, would make what i owe 390. he couldn't explain why i owed 90 more on top of that.

This is the email they send me every week... even after i send in a payment. Of course every time they send this, the amount they say I owe has just about doubled. The only thing they have comming is the original amount I borrowed. Period.
