I have about 4 payday loans that I need help paying off. Im in a very bad situation. I am about to go into labor in one month and wont be able to afford to pay the payday loans on time.. I am having a hard time payin now because Im left with no money for my regular bills. I live in San Antonio, TX have one loan for $850. one for $1000 one for $500 and one for $1050. Ive tried getting one big loan so I can pay all these off and have one monthly bill but I dont have good credit so noone approves me PLEASE HELP.

I have talked to advance america they told me to let it deafult first in order for me to make arrangements with them. But Ez money said that if they cant do any payment arrangements and that if I default they will send me to attorney general as hto check fraud or something like that. Check and go told me I couldnt make payment arrangements either. Now if I default can I go to jail for what they told me hot check fraud?

Advance is pretty easy to work with AFTER you default. But they do need a certain amount each month or they will take collections further. I was giving them $50 a payday ($100 a month) for a $1100 balance. But they will tack on a late fee and a returned check fee.

Check N Go, you will have to contact the Corp. office like PDL Owner said. They usually do not make payment arrangements through the store. They send you off to a collection agency.

But with you being in TX I know they are pretty strict with NSF checks. I would check with the state BEFORE you let any of these go NSF. Just my opinion.

When I had a loan with them. I was able to do a payment arrangement once every 12 months. It was similair to the EPP, broke the loan down into four equal payments including finance charge. I am in VA and that is what they offered me at the time. I would go in and ask about it, speak to the store manager.
