Judgement is for a Credit Card that I have never had & did not even know about. They do have a Court Judgement and that is where the Garnishment Document came from. The Sheriff's Office in O.C. Ca.,and the paperwork didn't even have my correct social on it?

No, I was not served (if you mean, served in person) this came totally out of the blue for me. Thank You. I have already filed an Exemption & Financial Statement but I will contact the Court about the "Improper Service" aspect of this.

Not being served is grounds for having the whole mess set aside, particularly if you dont think this is for you. Then you can go thru the dispute process, making them prove the debt.
